CHRO, META
Selin Bakaçhan began her career in 2003 as a member of the sales team at İsviçre Hayat ve Emeklilik. Shortly after, she transitioned to a career in Human Resources within the same company. Between 2007 and 2010, she served as Compensation and Benefits Manager at Garanti Emeklilik ve Hayat, followed by a role as Compensation and Benefits Manager at Cigna Hayat from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, she held the position of HR and Administrative Affairs Manager at Fiba Emeklilik ve Hayat.
In 2017, she joined the NTT DATA Business Solutions team, where she has held various roles, including People and Culture Director Turkey, Region People and Culture Director MENA (Middle East and North Africa), and MENA Region CHRO. As of July 1, 2024, she has been appointed as the CHRO for the META (Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa) Region.
A graduate of Kocaeli University with a degree in Environmental Engineering, Selin Bakaçhan has been providing mentoring and coaching support to university students and professionals since 2016, following her coaching-based training from Adler.
